Jackson’s Old Chatham House has been owned and operated by the Jackson family through three generations for over 76 years. We know how important a celebration or family gathering can be. We want to help make your special event a cherished memory for you and your guests.
The following is our standard banquet menu and pricing. We can incorporate any of our dining room menu choices for you. If you want something specific, please let us know.
There is a $250 room rental fee. We add 20% gratuity and 8% sales tax. A $500 deposit is required to book your date, time and space. A date is considered tentative until we receive your deposit. ALL deposits are non-refundable.
Final payment is due the day of the event.
The total number of people you quote is what we prepare for. You will be charged for those guests even if they do not show. We request that we get your totals two weeks prior to your event.
Linens are included unless it is a special order.
If you want to complete a room with ivory chair covers there is an additional charge of $3 per chair.
